The restaurant at Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma is spacious and has a beautiful incidence of light. There is a big dining area, and there are plenty of lounge chairs and sofas. Inside the restaurant you will find the bar where you can ask the bartender to prepare you a drink according to your wishes. During breakfast you can make use of the seating area outside the restaurant, while looking out over the Serengeti plains. During evening time our staff can prepare an open fire outside.
Please let our chefs know if you have any dietary requirements and they will be happy to prepare your meal. Our chefs use fresh produce, which we partly get from our vegetable garden.

Due to its central location, Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma is suitable for a
multi-night stay to explore the fascinating surroundings and discover
the phenomenal variety of wildlife in the Serengeti National Park. Africa
Safari Serengeti Ikoma can be reached from many directions. From
Seronera via the Fort Ikoma gate, while the Tabora ´B´ gate gives easy
access to the northern Serengeti. From Mwanza, take the Ndabaka gate
or come via Bunda and avoid park fees.

- All year round! Ikoma and surrounds enjoys a beautiful, mild climate with an average daytime temperature of 30°C.
- June to October offers optimal wildlife viewing conditions. The sparse vegetation and concentrated water sources make animals more visible and easier to spot. Additionally, the lower humidity and minimal rainfall enhance the overall safari experience.
- November – December is suitable for travellers who prefer a quieter experience amidst lush surroundings.
- Green season runs from March to May bringing occasional rains that enhance the area's beauty, create lush scenery, and is ideal for bird enthusiasts, as migratory birds arrive, enriching the avian diversity.
