This place is amazing and beautiful! I stayed here before and after my safari for a night, and I'm so glad I did. Everyone who works here is so kind and welcoming, and the meals I had were delicious. The rooms were wonderful, and the service was top-notch. Asante Sana to everyone here for making my stay so great!

We stayed as a family of four for a night pre- and post-safari. The family room was fantastic, lots of space, extremely clean, and well-equipped.
Food in the restaurant was of good quality, buffet style in the evening and at breakfast.
All of the staff are lovely and so helpful. We had a very early flight, and the staff had kindly prepared us breakfast boxes to take away with us.
I had a problem checking with online check-in for our flight, and one of the staff members used his own phone to call the airline and help me resolve the issue.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this oasis of a hotel.

We stayed at this lodge at the very beginning of our safari, and it was perfect!

Ideally located about 1.5 hours from Kilimanjaro Airport, it’s a very welcome stop after a long flight via Doha. The setting is peaceful, with a beautiful view of Mount Meru. It’s also a great base for visiting Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks, both around a two-hour drive away.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff is welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxing. We especially enjoyed unwinding by the pool—perfect after a long journey. Wi-Fi is free and works very well in the restaurant and bar.

A wonderful place to relax before or after a safari. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. Yes, the road is a bit bumpy, and the sounds are different from what you might be used to, but it truly makes you feel like you’re in an authentic environment rather than a typical five-star hotel.

The staff is amazing, and the food was excellent. We also booked our day safari and airport transfer through the hotel—everything was handled professionally with great communication.

We felt very welcome by everyone at the hotel, especially Kibabi Oatan, who is the best! Breakfast and dinner were very good, and the staff also danced and sang their traditional songs; it was lovely to watch. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
